Background
When Capilano Country Club embarked on an $9 million pro shop rebuild, they recognized that bricks and mortar alone wouldn’t define the space. They engaged us to ensure the new shop delivered not just on construction, but on character, to shape the look, feel, and overall design aesthetic into something worthy of the club’s stature.
Solution
We rolled up our sleeves and dove in headfirst. From the earliest concepts to the final touches, we collaborated closely with the construction teams to ensure the pro shop would be as remarkable and memorable as the course itself. Every detail mattered, from carefully curated, fresh merchandise to custom fixtures that highlighted and enhanced the shop’s stunning new aesthetic. No element was overlooked, no opportunity missed; together, we transformed the space into a true masterpiece, where design, functionality, and experience came together seamlessly.
Outcome
The response from the membership was immediate and enthusiastic, the new shop quickly became a favorite destination, with patrons embracing both the carefully curated merchandise and the elevated shopping experience. The transformation didn’t go unnoticed in the wider golf community either; the PGA of British Columbia recognized the achievement, naming Capilano Country Club Regional Pro Shop of the Year, a well-deserved honor that celebrated both the vision and execution.
